To be eligible for a refund or a replacement, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. The return must be postmarked within 45 days of the date of shipment. All documentation and accessories including manuals and user guides must be included with the return. New media items are ineligible for return if opened or tampered with except in cases of defect, damage or if the item is materially differed from the item described in the Buy.com listing.

Defective Items
Defective items returned to us are replaced with the identical item. Customers who elect to receive a refund on a defective item (as opposed to a replacement) will be accessed a restocking fee of 15% of the item price exclusive of shipping and handling. The costs associated with return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Buyer Remorse and Error
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the listing carefully and ask any questions prior to ordering. Items returned because they are unwanted or were purchased in error are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the item price exclusive of shipping and handling. Return Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for returning any item for any reason is the responsibility of the customer. To ensure that returns are properly accounted for at all times during the return process, please obtain a tracking number. The use of delivery confirmation with USPS, FedEx, or UPS to return your item is strongly recommended. PittsburghShop will not be responsible for any item returned without a tracking number and is not accounted for.

RMA Instructions
If your item meets our criteria for return, please obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) from PittsburghShop by emailing us at pittsburghshop@gmail.com . Please be sure to include your Buy.com order ID number and the reason(s) for which you wish to return your item.
